Smoking has many negative effects that are harmful to human health. The purpose of this study is to predict or assess both the initiation and maintenance of smoking cessation behavior using the fourth generation framework, Integration of Islamic values in a multi-theory model approach (MTM). This study is a cross sectional Quantitative research. Participants were given MTM-based survey instruments in the integration of Islamic values and barriers to smoking cessation as well as validated social impacts and health impacts. Linearity analysis was conducted to determine barriers to smoking cessation as well as social impacts and health impacts on smoking behavior and multiple regression was conducted to determine behavioral changes in smoking cessation efforts.
