In 2020 immunization coverage decreased due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic which was very visible in several districts/cities of South Sulawesi. This will certainly cause a double burden on the outbreak during the current COVID-19 pandemic. method: This research is quantitative research with an analytical research design through a cross sectional study approach. The population in this study were all mothers who brought their children for immunization at the public health center where the sample obtained was 127 respondents. This study uses a purposive sampling technique, the data were processed using SPSS with chi-square test.
