ABSTRACT. Has done research on antibacterial activity test of mahkota dewa leaf ethanol extract (Phalarian macrocarpha sceff) against multiple bacterial Propionibacterium acne and Staphylococcus epidermidisby agar diffusion method. The next MIC test for two bacteria at a concentration 1%, 1,5%, and 2%. Furthermore the inhibition test using the agar diffusion method (paper disc). The inhibition test using agar diffusion method showed results that the greater the concentration used, the greater the diameter of the resulting barriers.
